Systems failing There's nothing we can do Elicit a fainting They're all turning blue (Wave of panic spreads) Around the room Stop your snivelling! Your dithering! You mindless blithering Idiot! (Can't you see) What's happening This unpredictable behaviour Is what I desire Can you taste The utter sweetness When the science is right And the facts are (tight) Yet you're still surprised Well, look! It's working A smashing success! Well we needed instability It's time! Bring out the entertainment There's a purpose in sight This unpredictable behaviour Is what I desire Conclusions drawn From your observations They've turned the study on it's head It's not a time For contemplation We must progress while we're ahead

His body Heavy Falls to the ground Kicking up twigs and dirt My coils undulating As I slip away Into the foliage Itching Not yielding I shed my skin As the sun sheds His last light I can't for the life of me Find the moon (In the night sky) But where's that pale glow coming from What a stroke of luck As I clamber up Swirling Rock My mouth feels so dry It's a miracle that I haven't died Oh what a stroke of luck as I clamber up Swirling Rock again Left them all Dead, inert In the ground Without comfort (You think) I'll be done On my own You couldn't be more wrong Left them all Dead, inert Without comfort (You think) I'll be done On my own You couldn't be more wrong

about

In 1972, a local broadcasting agency, The Piglet Jones Company, made what some might call an egregious business decision. They aired on live television a slew of completely bizarre Saturday morning cartoons. Amongst the pile of what many critics labeled as works from a group of gross surrealist pranksters, an obscure series known simply as 'Dethkat Ad Infinitum' received the brunt of harsh criticism. The cartoon was known for its bold, non-linear and dream like narrative. It somehow managed to meaningfully illustrate a total of one hundred characters. This was never done before especially for something that was on prime time television.

Sadly, the piece was ahead of its time and hence left criminally underrated. One critic said it suffered from a bad case of ambiguitis. Another described it as 'A train wreck that never even bothered to pickup its passengers in the first place!'. It was eventually pulled off the air after only one season and thrown into a stock pile labeled 'garbage'.

Now, it so happens that my friends and I found a few of those tapes. The print is muddy, has spots all over it and is barely watchable. The same could be said for the audio. Some of it sounded like a blur and most of it was just empty space due to damaged data. However, on repeated listens we were slowly beginning to see the bigger picture. We started to reconstruct the soundtrack partly based on the blemishes of audio. This experiment of ours has resulted in an extended play and now we are proud to present 'Moronic Outbursts', the soundtrack to a Saturday morning cartoon that was lost to time. Re-imagined and performed by BREAKDOWNPANDA.
